SHIPMENT - FOB Only.
SHIPMENT: Through a trusted Sellers shippers in Accra-Ghana.
PROCEDURE:Buyer will arrange and travel to Ghana for inspection on the product.
1.Random Samples of the Gold Dust would be tested at the Ghana Geological Survey Department Laboratory, after satisfactory result of the testing, Buyer will be responsible for the 7.5% export taxes of the total value of Gold Dust for shipment "based on the agreed price between buyer and seller in US dollars" this is to ensure that all requisite export documents are obtained for the shipment of the product and one of Seller's Rep's accompany Buyer with Gold to Buyer's chosen destination/refinery.
2.Seller and Buyer agrees to have a Table top meeting at Sellers office and proceed to AA minerals, or Asap Vasa refineries after Proof of Funds,for Test/Assay of products after Proof of Funds before final payment for Gold to sellers at any Bank in Accra for the seller to have full counting/safety of money at the Bank.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: The payment of the product will be done after Assay at any refinery in Ghana.Or in alternative to Proceedures Nos 1:the Buyer will only pay 7.5% of total cost of Gold to seller for Export/documentation and royalty charges,to enable seller pay for all the Export Expenses and documentation,while Payment of the 92.5% shall be agreed upon, between Buyer and Seller base on the final Assay result from the Buyer's refinery.While one of Sellers delegate will accompany Gold with buyer to Buyer's final destination.
